Job summary

Bridgewater UK in Trowbridge is seeking a Graduate Sales & Business Management Trainee to jump-start a fast-paced commercial career. You’ll work across different areas of the business, directly with customers, and develop the commercial skills needed to progress into a customer-focused sales and business development role.

Your first year will cover operations, warehouse, logistics, supply chain, administration and marketing, while you build product knowledge and client relationships.

The Opportunity

Your first year will give you a broad understanding of how a successful B2B business operates. You’ll spend time getting to know different areas of the company, building your product and industry knowledge and developing your customer-facing skills. As you progress, the focus will increasingly move towards sales, account management and business development.
