Bridgewater Resources UK is launching a fast-paced graduate development programme designed to turn ambitious graduates into high-earning sales leaders. You’ll learn across sales, operations and customer relations, with a clear path into management.

The first year features hands-on training, two pay rises, and industry-leading mentorship to help you build a successful career in B2B electrical wholesale.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to start a full-time role immediately.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships and learn the business from the ground up in sales, warehouse, logistics, and administration.
• Progress into internal sales/account management and then into field sales and management.
• Travel locally in a company car to meet clients and networks with customers at events.
