They are recruiting 6 ambitious graduates across the UK for sales roles offering significant development and progression opportunities.

What is the Graduate Sales Associate opportunity?

As a Graduate Sales Associate, you will be enrolled in a Level 4 Sales Executive qualification, with fully accredited sales training and the equivalent of a foundation degree in B2B sales.

Your responsibilities include:

• Identifying new client opportunities and growth initiatives
• Qualifying inbound enquiries, conducting customer research, and rapport building
• Booking new business opportunities for experienced team members
• Partnering with customers to understand their needs and challenges
• Selling to decision makers across various business sizes
• Maximizing cross-selling with existing clients

Successful candidates could see promotion opportunities within 12 months, progressing into roles such as Business Development Manager, Account Manager, or Sales Manager.
