Salary: Base: Flexible - DOE (1st year OTE £45k+ 2nd Year OTE £65k+ 3rd year OTE £100k+) & uncapped commission up to 60% + several company benefits.

The Role: What you'll be doing:

• Working as a 360 recruitment Consultant responsible for your own desk: generating leads, pitching to clients, negotiating terms, and fulfilling recruitment needs.
• Building key relationships within the industry and becoming an expert in your market, enhancing your personal brand across platforms.
• Implementing a comprehensive approach to business development through candidate and client-led methodologies.
