Mott MacDonald Ltd. invites graduates to join a growing risk analytics team across the UK. You’ll help identify uncertainties, assess impacts on cost, schedule, safety and quality, and work with project teams to implement proportionate actions.

You’ll be part of a supportive, diverse team embedded in the project lifecycle, with mentorship, and opportunities to influence major infrastructure projects across Defence, Energy, Transport and Water sectors.

Qualifications

• Eligibility: bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with minimal experience.
• Interested candidates should demonstrate numerical, analytical, and project focus.
• Desire to work across Defence, Energy, Transport, Water sectors with major clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement risk management strategies.
• Support daily risk activities including analysis, reporting, and risk reviews.
• Engage in all project phases from design to close-out.
• Work on high-profile projects for clients like Network Rail and Heathrow Airport.
• Contribute to innovative risk and value management solutions.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships ensuring transparency and accountability.
