Job summary

Qualifications

• Less than 12 months' relevant experience (excluding placements) and a related bachelor’s degree.
• Degree disciplines include Risk Management, Project Management, Business Studies, Mathematics/Statistics/Data Science, Economics or Engineering.
• Strong numerical, analytical and written communication skills.
• Ability to work across project lifecycle and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement robust risk management strategies.
• Support day-to-day risk activities including analysis, reporting, and facilitating risk reviews.
• Engage in all phases of project delivery, from early design and optioneering to construction and close‑out.
• Work on high-profile projects in Defence, Energy, Transport, Water with clients such as Network Rail, TfL, United Utilities, East West Rail, Heathrow, Babcock, Thames Water, Highways England, HS2, and more.
• Contribute to the development of innovative risk and value management solutions that drive project success.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, promoting transparency, accountability, and shared success.
