  • Client Success at Ipsos CX is all about getting the best out of the CX technology platforms for our client programmes

From day one, you’ll work on live client projects across a variety of industry sectors, including Telco, Retail & Fashion, Hotels & Hospitality, Auto, Financial Services.

The Role

You will gain exposure and experience in platform based CX programmes. Working alongside CX experts, you will build the skills, knowledge and confidence to support the team in best practice delivery across the end-to-end project cycle

These are the types of things you can expect to be doing during your day to day:

  • Gain experience and knowledge of core CX tools and techniques such as survey design, fieldwork and sampling management, quality control, dashboard design, data analysis, platform features and functionality (note there is a platform services team who build platform elements).
  • Contribute to and check relevant project materials e.g. questionnaires, sampling plans, dashboard specifications, closed loop design)
  • Take responsibility for some smaller aspects of projects, seeking out opportunities to support the team across workstreams
  • Start to communicate directly with clients e.g. drafting updates or develop presentation delivery skills,
  • Contribute to overall account success by taking part in quarterly reviews, understanding how projects work financially and shadowing others responding to requests
  • Connect client needs to products and services within CX and the latest in industry and internal CX thinking

About You

  • A passion for understanding customer behaviour and a natural curiosity and intrigue for human behaviour
  • An analytical and problem-solving mindset, numeracy and attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in every task
  • Effective communication and storytelling skills, the ability to derive actionable insights from data and present them in a clear and engaging way for diverse audiences
  • Commercial awareness and client-focused mindset, with a genuine passion for understanding client needs and delivering impactful, value-driven solutions
  • Proactive, you put yourself forward, embracing collaboration and teamwork, working effectively with others and valuing diverse perspectives to build on colleagues' strengths
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle across multiple projects and client needs, making the right calls on prioritisation
  • A focus on self-awareness and a growth mindset. A curiosity and learning agility that fosters exploration of new ideas and openness to understanding changing trends.
  • Driven to succeed and make a real impact, with a willingness to reflect, learn, and grow
  • An aptitude for leveraging AI tools and techniques to enhance research and insights, in line with Ipsos' standards and policies
  • Any past experience working with research data, platforms or approaches is useful but not essential
