Job summary

Ipsos in London is offering a 12-month Graduate Programme Delivery Executive role within Customer Experience teams. You will support across Client Success and Operations, contributing to Ipsos’ global CX study across 80+ markets.

This role sits across Client Success and Operations delivery teams. You will work on Ipsos biggest CX Programme, a global study that runs across 80+ markets.

Working alongside specialists in client management, sample operations, programme delivery and technology, you will gain exposure to all aspects of how Ipsos designs, manages and delivers customer experience programmes for a leading global automotive brand.

You will also collaborate regularly with internal Project Management, Insights teams, as well as directly with our clients.

We also encourage you to contribute to AI initiatives, automation projects and continuous improvement activities that help increase efficiency, simplify processes and reduce manual effort across programme delivery.

The Role

You will become a key member of the programme team, helping to connect client requirements, operational processes and delivery activities that will positively impact our clients.

Through exposure to multiple functions and specialisms, you will develop a broad skillset, creating a strong foundation for future career progression within Ipsos.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilites will include:

  • Support change request (CR) processes and monitor progress of actions by communicating and updating tickets on Zoho platform.
  • Attend internal and client meetings and help document actions and requirements.
  • Help maintain project documentation, trackers and process guidance.
  • Assist in resolving sample and operational queries.
  • Support testing, quality assurance and operational readiness activities where required.
  • Build knowledge of customer experience platforms and programme operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies by utilising AI and automation tools

Successful applicants will move on to a cognitive and personality assessment, followed by a virtual interview with one of our talent partners. The final stage will be an in-person assessment centre at our London office on the 8th October and we are looking for candidates to start on 2nd November.
