Job Description:

Brilliant entry-level opportunity for graduates with a scientific background. The role involves supporting the technical aspects of managing raw material data and building awareness of key chemical legislations such as REACH, CLP, GPSR, and CSR. Comprehensive training will be provided. This is an initial 12-month position with potential for further opportunities.

Role Responsibilities
  • Develop awareness of key chemical legislations such as CLP, REACH, GPSR, CSR.
  • Communicate with raw material suppliers to request data, including Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) and Technical Data Sheets (TDSs).
  • Understand scientific data from SDSs and external sources like ECHA, including substance or mixture classifications.
  • Analyze toxicology data to facilitate business decision-making.
  • Provide technical regulatory expertise on chemicals for product assessments.
  • Maintain data on substances and raw materials within systems like SAP.
  • Monitor regulatory developments that could impact chemicals and products.
Key Requirements
