The Role - Graduate Recruitment Consultant

This involves managing the full recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement:

• Building active client relationships by seeking out new clients, understanding their hiring needs, and establishing long-term partnerships through networking and cold calling.
• Sourcing and screening candidates via database searches, networking, referrals, and direct approaches. Conducting interviews, reviewing resumes, and evaluating skills against job requirements.
• Facilitating offer negotiations between clients and candidates, discussing salary expectations, and addressing concerns.
• Staying informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights.
• Creating and promoting job advertisements across various channels to attract diverse candidates.
