The Role - Graduate Recruitment Consultant
This involves managing the full recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement.
- Bringing on active roles: seeking out new client relationships, pitching services, understanding hiring needs, and building long-term partnerships through networking, cold calling, etc.
- Candidate sourcing and screening: sourcing candidates via database searches, networking, referrals, and direct approaches; assessing candidate suitability through interviews, reviewing resumes, and evaluating skills/experience against job requirements.
- Offer negotiation and placement: acting as an intermediary between client and candidates, facilitating negotiations, discussing salary expectations, and addressing concerns.
- Market research and industry insights: staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights.
- Job advertisement and promotion: creating tailored job ads, utilizing channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract diverse applicants.
