Academics Reading is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join the Education Team in Reading, Berkshire. The role offers a pathway to a 360 consultant, with a strong commission structure and extensive training.

We welcome ambitious graduates and also consider experienced resourcers aiming to progress to consultant within six months. You will join a national company with a large candidate and client database and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Our aim is for the successful resourcer to progress to a consultant role within their first 6 months depending on how quickly they learn.

Responsibilities

• 180 Recruitment Role - Resourcing side
• Advertising on job boards & CV searching
• Pre-screening candidates
• Completing compliance checks to a Gold Standard
• Meeting candidates face to face for registration
• Liaising with consultants to place your candidates in bookings
• Shadowing consultants preparing for your progression into consultant role
