Academics Reading is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join the Education Team in Reading, Berkshire. There is an immediate start and a clear path to a 360 Consultant position, with an excellent commission structure and extensive training.

Qualifications

• Applications are welcome from ambitious graduates who want to embark on their first role in recruitment.
• You may progress to a consultant role within the first 6 months depending on learning pace.
• A can-do attitude with energy and drive is valued.

Responsibilities

• Resourcing and recruitment support for education sector roles.
• Advertise on job boards and search CVs.
• Pre-screen candidates and conduct compliance checks to high standards.
• Meet candidates face to face for registration and onboarding.
• Coordinate with consultants to place candidates in bookings.
• Shadow senior consultants to prepare for progression to a consultant role.
