• Work with pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies.
• Identify client hiring requirements.
• Source and engage high-quality candidates.
• Manage recruitment from initial contact to placement.
• Develop sales, negotiation and business development skills.
• Work towards individual and team targets.
