• Managing candidates throughout the full hiring process
• Attending client meetings to understand hiring needs
• Building a strong personal brand and writing compelling job ads
• Becoming a subject-matter expert in your tech niche

Who We're Looking For - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Recent Graduates with placement years OR
• B2B sales experience (preferred but not essential)
• Highly motivated, organised, and goal-driven
