Job summary

Albion Rye Associates in Redhill (RH1) is seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant. The role features a base salary of £40,000+ with uncapped OTE, and opportunities to progress into management as you build your desk.

The successful candidate will be introduced to recruitment processes, headhunting, and client/candidate engagement. Training covers introductions to recruitment, building a desk, CV preparation, and interview coaching.

Qualifications

• 2:1-degree or better or relevant sales experience.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Passionate, positive, motivating attitude.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify candidates
• Pitching roles to suitable candidates
• Arrange and prepare candidates for interview, relay feedback, close deals and conduct post-placement follow ups
• Update CVs and cover letters and provide other support relating to individual applications
• Actively network with candidates to obtain potential contacts & business leads
• Keep up to date with market news and events
• Participate in business development activities to win new business
