Smile Education Birmingham City Centre is seeking ambitious graduates to join our team as Graduate Recruitment Consultant. No recruitment experience is required; full training, ongoing coaching and a clear pathway to senior roles are offered.

You’ll learn how to manage a 360 recruitment desk, combining sales, relationship building and business development. You will source candidates, build client relationships, manage campaigns, and work toward targets with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Degree educated in any discipline.
• Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
• Confident communicators with strong people skills.
• Ambitious, resilient and motivated by success.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to learn and build a successful career.

Responsabilités

• Sourcing and interviewing candidates.
• Building relationships with clients and education professionals.
• Managing vacancies and recruitment campaigns.
• Matching candidates to suitable opportunities.
• Developing new business through sales activity and networking.
• Attending client meetings and school visits.
• Negotiating offers and managing placements.
• Working towards targets, KPIs and commission goals.
