George Thomas, part of Mackenzie Stuart in Harrogate, is seeking enthusiastic graduates to become a Graduate Business Consultant. You will run your own business within our global platform, headhunt top talent and manage client relationships from day one.

The role is sales and business development with targets and fast progression. Base salary is £29,000 with an uncapped commission up to 60% and strong training, incentives, and career growth opportunities. Average first-year OTE is around £45-50k.
