Responsibilities

• Win new business and build long-term client partnerships.
• Headhunt top talent through cold calls, networking, and LinkedIn.
• Pitch opportunities to senior professionals and negotiate high-value deals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from first call to final placement.
• Close deals and generate revenue (and commission).
• Build a specialist market where you become the go-to expert.
