With an OTE of £60K + within the first year, this position will suit ambitious and driven graduates wanting to make their stamp on the market.

The Role

• Sourcing top-tier candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
• Developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients, constantly expanding your talent pool and network.
• Understanding clients and their specific needs.
• Developing an in-depth market knowledge in your sector to establish yourself as a strong recruiter within the space.
