Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Energy - London

The company specialise in placing candidates across the world’s most important industries such as Energy & Industrial, Automation, Medical, Scientific and Healthcare + more.

You will be inducted into their prestigious award winning graduate scheme hitting the ground running with training from those at the top of the industry and specialist learning and development team.

They have grown from 3 to a team of 30+ in just 5 years and have a goal of reaching a headcount of above 50 within 2 years. The ambition is to grow the agency internationally, which their successful consultants will help grow! With a OTE of £60K + within the first year this position will suit ambitious and driven graduates wanting to make their stamp on the market.

The Role:

• Sourcing top tier candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and networking.
• Developing and maintaining strong, long lasting relationships with candidates and clients, constantly expanding your talent pool and network.
• Understanding clients and their specific needs
• Develop an in-depth market knowledge in your sector to establish yourself as a strong recruiter within the space.
