Academics Ltd, Reading branch, is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join on a permanent basis at Winnersh Triangle. You will source candidates for teachers and support staff across Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire, with an opportunity to earn uncapped commission from day one and join a growing education recruitment team.

Qualifications

• Ambitious graduates or aspiring recruitment consultants.
• Can-do attitude with high energy and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Full 360 recruitment duties with focus on candidate sourcing, screening and placement.
• Create and manage job adverts across multiple boards and CV databases.
• Proactively source candidates and conduct initial pre-screening calls.
• Complete thorough compliance and vetting checks to a Gold Standard.
• Meet candidates in person for registrations and onboarding.
• Collaborate with consultants to place candidates into bookings.
• Shadow experienced consultants to progress toward a consultant role.
