The role focuses on building relationships, sourcing and assessing candidates, writing adverts, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate records to support timely hires.

• Experience of managing recruitment processes from vacancy briefing through to placement.
• Confidence in speaking with clients and candidates by phone, email and in person.
• Ability to source and assess candidates against clear job requirements.
• Experience of writing accurate job adverts and maintaining candidate records.
• Good organisation skills to manage several vacancies and interview arrangements at once.
• Clear and professional approach to providing updates and handling recruitment information.
