We're on the hunt for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Whether you're a fresh graduate or someone ready to pivot into a people-first role, this is your chance to launch a career with coaching, commission, and clear progression.

What You'll Do

1. Source top talent using job boards, CRMs, & direct outreach
2. Write attention-grabbing job ads
3. Build client and candidate relationships
4. Coordinate interviews and support hiring processes
5. Hit personal and team goals - and get rewarded for them

What We're Looking For

1. Ambitious, driven graduate or career starter
2. Natural communicator with confidence
3. Resilient, coachable, and full of energy
4. Sales or customer experience? Great. If not - we'll train you
5. Just be open to speaking to engineers, techies, and hiring managers
6. We will give you the knowledge and support to develop into a world-class global recruiter

1. Starting package - £27-30K base salary + up to 10% performance bonus
