Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting Teachers and Teaching Assistants to find suitable jobs
2. Developing relationships with schools and understanding their environment and culture
3. Identifying new business opportunities via networking, canvassing, social media, and market knowledge
4. Advertising roles and qualifying CVs
5. Presenting suitable CVs and applying a consultative approach
6. CV searching and registrations
