This role offers a 12-week training academy, where you will receive support to become a fully qualified Recruitment Consultant and start making deals. What will you do?

• Sourcing, qualifying, and referencing candidates, liaising confidently with them
• Maintaining an accurate pipeline of candidates
• Developing a good knowledge of your sector
• Growing your network of contacts
• Fulfilling client vacancies
• Creating a smooth and memorable candidate and client journey
• Attending networking events, business trips, and customer meetings
• Negotiating salaries between parties
