We are looking for ambitious and like-minded graduates to join our next Graduate Recruitment Academy and support us with our 2025 growth plans!

This role offers a 12-week training academy, where you will receive support to become a fully qualified Recruitment Consultant and start making deals. The ideal candidate will be motivated, a team player, a great communicator, capable of managing their own time, and most of all, willing to learn new skills!

What will you do?

• Sourcing, qualifying, and referencing candidates, liaising confidently with them
• Maintaining an accurate pipeline of candidates
• Developing a good knowledge of your sector
• Growing your network of contacts
• Fulfilling client vacancies
• Creating a smooth and memorable candidate and client journey
• Attending networking events, business trips, and customer meetings
• Negotiating salaries between parties
