WRK Digital is launching its Leeds Academy and recruiting graduates for a hands-on training path in technology recruitment. You will join a small, growing team and receive a year of structured training, with a buddy and mentors to guide you from day one.
The role is hybrid in Leeds, with potential to progress quickly as you learn to place candidates with tech firms. The programme promises clear earning growth—from roughly £40,000 in year one to around £60,000 in year two—plus benefits like
Maybe you've just finished university. Maybe you're in a job that's going nowhere. Or maybe you know you've got more to offer, but haven't quite figured out where to put it.
Here's an opportunity to find out.
You'll join a growing technology recruitment business as one of the first people through its Academy training scheme.
Just a handful of people, 12 months of proper training and a clear route into a career where your earning potential and opportunities can grow with your ability.
You'll get unlimited holiday, private healthcare (after six months), a 4% matched pension and your phone bill paid. You'll work sensible hours, on a hybrid basis.
You'll probably earn close to £40,000 in year one, £60,000 year two, then, well, the possibilities are uncapped.
Not a bad way to start your career.
You'll learn how to find brilliant people, build relationships with businesses and help candidates make career moves that genuinely matter.
You'll work with clients ranging from fast-growing technology companies to FTSE 100 businesses, learning about software engineering, data, technology leadership and more.
Don't worry though - you don't need to understand any of that yet.
You'll have structured training, a buddy/mentor from day one and experienced recruiters around you to help. Some training will be remote, some in person across Leeds and maybe London.
You do need to be curious, good with people and willing to work hard at something new.
Maybe you've worked through university, played competitive sport, pursued a hobby seriously or just always been someone who finishes what they start.
You'll need to communicate well, enjoy getting to know people and be comfortable learning from the occasional setback.
A sense of humour helps, too.
Founded in 2022 by three people who wanted recruitment to be less transactional and more personal, the business has grown by building genuine relationships with clients and candidates.
Now they're expanding in Leeds and London, and launching their first Academy to develop the people who could become the future of the business.
You'll be joining early enough to be known, supported and given room to grow.
