Job summary

Tio Talent Ltd in Leeds City Centre is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You’ll work with experienced professionals to identify and engage top talent, build relationships with candidates and clients, and manage recruitment processes from start to finish.

Salary £26,500 base plus uncapped commission. Realistic first year OTE £55,000+, comprehensive training, mentorship from leaders, and clear progression into senior and leadership roles.

The Role:
