RULE Recruitment is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join a fast-paced financial services team. You will head-hunt top talent for hedge funds and investment banks, build client relationships, and negotiate terms.

The role offers rapid progression, a structured training program, early finish Fridays, one day WFH, and international exposure to US markets.

Graduate Recruitment Consultant (ASAP Start): Earn £50k in your first year!

Join a fast-paced Financial Services recruitment company looking for ambitious graduates wanting to operate at the highest level. They are one of the most renowned agencies in the market

You will work in a high-performing environment, connecting top CFOs, Directors, and Quants with major Hedge Funds and Investment Banks in the UK and US. Expect to handle big fees (£120k UK / $170k US) and learn quickly alongside senior staff members. Top consultants bill over £1million annually.

About The Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

• You will be head-hunting top-tier talent for your clients
• Attend in-person meetings to form relationships with your clients, and understand their hiring needs
• Outreaching new companies, and negotiating terms of business
• Researching and mapping the market, identifying good candidates
• Reaching out and connecting with prospective candidates
• Selling the role that you are working on, and persuading talent to work with you
• Scheduling and providing interview prep
• Negotiating salaries and closing deals!!
