Tilbury Douglas is offering a Graduate Quantity Surveyor role within its Infrastructure business. You’ll rotate across key areas, gaining hands-on experience from day one on live water sector projects.

The role is site-based with initial project work in the Devon area, expanding across the South West water region as you grow your commercial experience. You’ll learn from experienced professionals, contribute to cost management and commercial decisions, and pursue professional accreditation with

Qualificações

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (2:2 or above).
• Full UK driving licence or working towards by February 2027.
• Strong problem-solving with a practical and logical approach.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Collaborative mindset with willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Previous placement or site experience is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to cost estimates, budgets and tender submissions.
• Support procurement of subcontractors and suppliers for best value.
• Track and monitor project costs, valuations and payments.
• Assist in risk, opportunities and variations management.
• Produce reports and documentation for client and project teams.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
