Job summary

M Group Rail and Aviation in Swansea is recruiting a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our engineering and delivery teams on infrastructure frameworks, supporting projects from design through construction.

This two-year graduate programme offers workshops and development events, with exposure to budgets, procurement, cost control, tendering and contract administration, plus site meetings and travel.

Qualifications

• A degree in quantity surveying or commercial management, or due to graduate this year.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project cost control, tendering and contract administration.
• Gain experience of budgets, commercial reports and procurement.
• Attend site meetings and communicate progress to colleagues and external participants.
