Sir Robert McAlpine Ltd invites graduates to join a two-year, structured programme across UK projects, where from day one you’ll be part of a live project team delivering real work on Britain's significant buildings and infrastructure. You’ll rotate across projects, sectors and specialisms, with a clear route to chartership with ICE or RICS.

The programme includes dedicated development days, a cohort of peers, and hands-on experiences from tender to post-contract, plus team-building activities

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related subject completed or due in 2027
• Curiosity, drive and a team-first attitude
• Willingness to travel and move between project locations

Responsibilities

• Join a live project team from day one and contribute to real work on UK buildings and infrastructure
• Rotate across projects, sectors and specialisms to build breadth and depth for your career
