Qualifications

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.

  • Ability to organise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative approach and willingness to learn.
  • Interest in infrastructure, construction or built environment.
  • Full UK driving licence or ability to travel between project locations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist across the commercial lifecycle on major infrastructure projects.
  • Support cost planning and procurement processes.
  • Contribute to monthly reporting and commercial governance.

Mott MacDonald Bentley are recruiting for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join the Anglian Water @One Alliance.

As part of Anglian Water’s @one Alliance, we are on a mission to create a sustainable and resilient future for water. With an ambitious £2.3 billion capital investment in AMP8, we are revolutionising infrastructure, sustainability, and digital transformation to protect the environment and support growing communities.

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be part of this exciting programme from the start, gaining hands‑on experience across the commercial lifecycle of major infrastructure projects.

You’ll work alongside experienced commercial and project professionals, building your knowledge, developing your skills and working towards a successful career in Quantity Surveying.

You’ll be supported throughout your development, with opportunities to build your technical knowledge, gain professional experience and work towards your longer‑term career goals.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for graduates who are curious, collaborative and keen to build a career in Quantity Surveying. And who enjoy working with people, solving problems and learning new things.

You’ll need
  • A 2:2 degree or above in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline

  • An interest in infrastructure, construction or the built environment
