Involve Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join a major £80 million student accommodation scheme in Bristol.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or early-career surveyor to gain hands-on experience on a large-scale residential development, working alongside experienced QS professionals and a strong project team. You'll be involved from an early stage in the build programme, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of the project—from procurement and

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related built environment discipline (or due to graduate)
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills with good attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn and work well within a team

Responsibilities

• Assist with interim valuations and cost reports
• Support measurement and pricing from drawings and specs
• Help prepare tender and subcontract documentation
• Assist in procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
• Support management of subcontractor accounts, incl. valuations, variations, final accounts
• Assist with CVRs and reporting
• Maintain cost records and project documentation
• Attend site visits and progress meetings
• Support senior surveyors with contract administration
• Assist with monthly cost/value reports
