Job summary

Skanska in Peterborough is recruiting a Graduate Quantity Surveyor for its Infrastructure @one Alliance. This two-year development programme starts in September 2027 and supports clean-water and wastewater projects across East Anglia.

You will help prepare estimates, budgets and tenders, assist contract administration and commercial reporting, monitor costs and changes, identify risks, and liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors and clients like Anglian Water.

Qualifications

• A RICS-accredited quantity surveying or construction-commercial-management degree.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with interest in infrastructure or utilities.
• Willingness to travel for UK site visits and hold a driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing estimates, budgets and tenders.
• Support contract administration and commercial reporting.
• Monitor costs and changes; contribute to risk management and value engineering with project teams.
