As a Graduate, you will:

Assist in cost and procurement management processes, preparing for the internal APC programme and RICS Chartered status.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Contributing to high-quality service delivery.
  • Supporting Cost Managers in delivering services accurately and promptly.
  • Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, cost plans, tender documentation, and tender management.
  • Helping evaluate tenders, valuing completed work, and preparing final accounts.
  • Administering construction contracts and preparing reports.

What you will need:

  • Graduated or will graduate before August 2025.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Good organizational skills and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Enthusiastic, conscientious, and precise.
  • Outgoing, team-oriented, and people-focused.
