Job summary

TM Green Group in the United Kingdom is hiring a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to support cost planning, forecasting, and cost management for projects in and around Uxbridge.

You will prepare and review contracts, variations, and valuations, while managing procurement and liaising with suppliers and subcontractors. You will contribute to project cost reporting and assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor, with development opportunities across landmark schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally with exposure to large-scale construction projects.
• Qualifications: A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong numerical and analytical abilities, excellent communication, and attention to detail.
• Ambition: A proactive attitude and a desire to grow within a leading main contractor.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with cost planning, forecasting, and management.
