GKR Scaffolding Ltd in London is seeking a motivated Graduate Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our Commercial and Pre-Construction/Bid Team. You will learn from seasoned professionals and gain exposure from tender enquiry through on-site delivery to final account.

You will learn directly from professionals with extensive experience in the scaffolding and construction industry, gaining exposure to the complete commercial process – from the first tender enquiry through delivery on site to final account.
This is not a desk-only commercial role. We want you to understand what we build, how we build it and how decisions made in design and on site affect the commercial success of a project.

You may have a degree in Commercial Management, Construction Management , Engineering or a related discipline. Previous scaffolding experience is not required.

You should be interested in numbers and contracts, but equally willing to put your boots on, visit a site, speak with the people doing the work and understand the practical reality behind the figures.
