Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Support senior surveyors in evaluating tender documents and preparing bids.
• Monitor and track project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and gather cost data.
• Assist in the preparation of interim and final accounts.
• Help manage contract variations and assess their financial impact.
• Review subcontractor quotations for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide support in risk assessments and cost forecasting.
• Maintain accurate records of project costs, changes, and progress.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to gather cost information.
