Job summary

MWH Treatment in Northern Ireland is offering a 3-year Graduate Programme designed to develop your professional capability in Commercial roles. You will work with multidisciplinary teams, deliver documentation, and build stakeholder relationships while learning from industry experts on site.

The programme includes mentorship, a structured training plan, and UK-wide networking with peers, plus rotations in design and build.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or related discipline (2:2 or above, or expected).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn and develop.
• Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams.

Additional Information

We welcome applications from candidates both within and outside the region.

Candidates who are not currently based within the Northern Ireland Water Region should be willing and able to relocate to the region before starting the programme.

As a graduate, you will typically be expected to work in person three days per week. However, attendance requirements may vary over time in line with operational needs.
