MWH Treatment invites graduates to join its three-year Graduate Programme, designed to accelerate early careers in project delivery. You will gain exposure to design and build with hands-on site experience, supported by mentorship and a structured training plan.

The programme aims to qualify you for professional status with relevant institutions, while offering cross-region UK networking and opportunities to rotate across teams and disciplines in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Project or Construction management (2:2 or above, or expected).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn and develop.
• Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams.
• Desirable: Placement, internship or relevant industry experience.
