The role

Ferrovial Construction is seeking Graduate Quality Engineers to assist with, and sometimes be responsible for, daily activities on major UK infrastructure projects. The 3-year graduate development program is designed to develop personal, professional, and technical skills through a blended approach. You will work under the supervision of Quality Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to health and safety compliance and uphold quality standards on projects.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist in writing and reviewing quality documentation, including Quality Management Plans and Inspection and Test Plans.
  • Support the development of briefing and communication strategies to ensure understanding of quality plans among all employees and subcontractors.
  • Monitor compliance of construction works and relevant documentation with standards and design drawings.
  • Assist in preparing reports for the senior Quality team.
  • Support investigations and audits with the Project Quality Manager.
  • Advise on quality requirements and promote continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Promote customer requirements across the business.
  • Align with Ferrovial Construction UK Vision and Values.
  • Own assigned tasks and ensure safety regulations are followed on-site.
  • Support environmental and sustainability policies.

  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation.
  • Experience in quality assurance.
  • CSCS Card.

Essential

  • Legal right to work in the UK from the start and throughout the program.
