Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Basic understanding of SDLC and software testing principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and executing test cases and test scripts based on requirements and user stories.
• Perform manual and automated testing across web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support regression, functional, and integration testing activities.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and documentation.
• Learn and apply testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies under guidance from senior team members.
