Job summary

Avanti Recruitment Limited partners with an Oxford-based software company to recruit a Graduate/Junior QA Engineer. The role is primarily in-office with hybrid work three days a week, focusing on manual testing with potential automation development later.

No commercial QA experience is required; a 2:1+ STEM degree is needed, and training will be provided to the right candidate. You’ll test features, report issues, and support product quality throughout releases.

Qualifications

• 2:1 or above STEM degree required.
• No commercial QA experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to work from Oxford office a minimum of 3 days per week.
• Naturally curious, analytical and detail-oriented with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Test new software features before release.
• Identify bugs and reproduce issues.
• Verify bug fixes and regression testing.
• Provide feedback on usability and functionality.
• Review documentation and product changes.
• Support software releases and quality standards.
