Sustainability Commercial Support: Develop key support needed for commercial contracts in the public and commercial sectors, working closely with Sustainability leads to ensure HP is well-positioned to win bids.

Office of the NWE MD: Create and manage webinars, surveys, and ad-hoc projects for NWE AEM. Manage staff meeting agendas, ensuring they are accurate, presenters are clear on their roles, and adjustments are managed promptly with high attention to detail.

NWE Internal Communications: Manage multiple internal communications newsletters and the Market SharePoint, ensuring the market is informed in a meaningful and impactful manner. Monitor communication reach and propose adjustments to communications to ensure communication efficient and effective.

NWE Record and Information Management: Oversee the market record retention bi-annual process and management with the leadership team, including key actions and updates.

Other Responsibilities: Support the managing director with customer and partner meeting preparation, assist with additional projects like sales productivity, HC review, and other cross-market analytics in support of the Market Managing Director.

Intern: Be a coach and mentor to the office of the MD intern, ensure Intern has varied roles and responsibilities and is best supporting you as the graduate, the managing director and the wider team.

What You Will Gain:

By assuming these diverse and challenging responsibilities, you will acquire valuable skills and experience in internal communications, information management, and project management. You will also have the opportunity to work with different teams and stakeholders across the market, demonstrating your leadership potential.

Furthermore, as a key member of the market team, you will be involved in multiple aspects of the business, from internal communications and information management to planning and sustainability project management. You will develop your competencies using HP tools and platforms, creating impactful reports and presentations, and managing complex projects. You will also build strong relationships with the market managing director and other important partners and stakeholders.
