Newydd Housing Association in Cardiff is seeking a Graduate Project Surveyor to join the busy maintenance team. You will support the Commercial Manager and help manage project budgets exceeding £7 million annually, ensuring on-time delivery and budget compliance.

The role offers 40 hours per week, permanent contract, and opportunities to progress to Project Surveyor with salary progression; on-the-job training and support to achieve professional qualifications (RICS, CIOB, or CIBSE).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related subject with minimum 2:2.
• Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills.
• Full driving licence.
• Passion for the role and commitment to ongoing learning and development.
• Knowledge of procurement, project management and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the efficient management of budgets across direct labour and suppliers.
• Support the Commercial Manager and maintenance team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Contribute to impactful maintenance contracts and projects.
