Job summary

BUUK Infrastructure in Woolpit is seeking a Graduate Project Manager to join the PMO and gain practical experience across strategic project delivery, governance, planning and reporting. You will support live strategic projects, developing an understanding of how BUUK turns priorities into structured delivery and measurable outcomes.

You will work under the guidance of the PMO team to build essential skills in planning, stakeholder engagement and change management.

Qualifications

• Degree (or equivalent) in a business, technical, or STEM related subject.
• IT proficiency.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
• An appetite to learn how cross-functional teams deliver change in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Undertake tasks or projects to gain practical experience of delivery across BUUK.
• Support planning, coordination and delivery of strategic projects across BUUK.
• Contribute to projects and support delivery through analysis, coordination, reporting and follow-up activities.
• Produce clear updates, dashboards and meeting packs to support decision-making.
• Develop knowledge of project management methodologies and benefits tracking.
• Support the business with requests for change and PMO processes.
