Job summary

Qualifications

• Less than 12 months of relevant experience (excluding placements).
• Bachelor’s degree obtained no earlier than 2025 or expected in 2027.
• Open to a broad range of disciplines; emphasis on skills and perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver value for clients’ projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality.
• Gain exposure across Buildings, Defence and Energy, Water and Environment, Transport portfolios.
• Collaborate across projects, sectors and portfolios to broaden experience.
• Work within a supportive, mentor-guided graduate development program.
