Job summary

OCU Group invites graduates to join a two-year Graduate Programme based in Leeds, focused on planning, coordination and delivery of infrastructure and utility projects across the UK. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, supporting the full project lifecycle from initiation to handover.

You will gain experience in project planning, risk management, reporting and stakeholder engagement, with increasing responsibility and leadership opportunities as you progress.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant field with a 2:2 or higher.
• Full UK driving licence beneficial.
• Experience gained through placements, internships or university projects involving project delivery is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, resource coordination and risk management.
• Support reporting, stakeholder communication and programme monitoring.
• Collaborate with offices and site teams to deliver projects safely, on time and to high quality standards.
