Northrop Grumman UK seeks a Graduate Project Manager for its Cyber & Intelligence business in Cheltenham. Starting September 2027, you will support the delivery of challenging technology programmes with national significance, coordinating activities, engaging stakeholders and monitoring costs, resources and schedules.

You will work with experienced project managers, gain hands-on experience in governance, risk and performance reporting, and develop practical project management skills at the

Qualifications

Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business or related field (or equivalent).
Familiarity with basic project management methodologies and tools.
Experience contributing to a project delivery team, e.g., university project.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the delivery of projects in line with standards and strategy.
Organise and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to governance, reporting and documentation of projects.
Schedule, review and manage project materials to support quality.
Capture and track project risks, issues, actions and KPIs.
Assist with forecasting and monitoring costs, resources and schedules.
